I had my rear seat back taken out of the car the other day, and noticed a key stuck under a wire running down from the left rear seatbelt. I pulled the key out and it says "Die Guten Schlosser" on it. This key was obviously placed/dropped there in Germany, possibly in the factory. Anyone know if this key is there on purpose (in all cars for some reason) or if I just got lucky and have a momento from someone who built my car?

Clicker here for a really freakin' big image of the key.

Looks like a small door lock key or a pad lock key (which means it could be a tool box or locker). Go to a lowes and try to figure out what key blank fits it closest, that'll narrow down what it could be for.
