Need help! 93 90cs won't start... I can hear that the fuel pump is not turning on. I've checked
the pump and it works fine so I replaced the relay but still no start.
Could there be another sensor (hall sensor, ISV or ???) that has gone bad and is telling the car not to start and that is way I don't hear the fuel pump turning on?
I've check the OBD codes and got 4331 for the ISV, could this code cause a no start?

Re: take a look at wires?
Could of rusted/corroded at fuel pump.. not sure what else to say, only had the relay stop working and a spark plug die on me (which stoped the engine completely on a i5)
try shorting the pump at fuese box?
