so I had a pioneer head unit and decided that I was going to upgrade and did...

replaced all the wires the same way they were on the head unit that was in the car first...

but, the rear speakers don't work...

checked the connections and they are fine...

only difference in the head units is the connector that goes into the unit, but that shouldn't change which wire goes where...

so what gives? any help would be great...TIA

If it is the same as mine, rears are self powered.. you will need to connect the white connector to the ant. power from your HU and the "speaker wires" (green) to the line out of the deck.

yup. You need power-ground-antenna garbage goin on. But you really only need to worry about the ant
