I know I have to take the front clip off, but what else. Im also changing all lifters. Car is actually running great, just time for a little maintenance.

Default change the belt first with #1 at tdc 0 so you don't have to mess with timing

removing valve cover is straight forward and you can change lifters by lifting up the cam with the timing belt in place.

Why are you changing the lifters? If they are quiet, leave them.

Default No, what you can do...if I remember...

Is pull the timing belt, then remove the valve cover and unbolt the camshaft. You can just pick up the camshaft and replace all the lifters, then put the camshaft back. Might be a good idea to replace the camshaft seal, and valve cover seal also. Put the valve cover back on then finish your timing belt job.

I replaced the lifters without removing the timing belt and HOLY CRAP that was scary. To get to the first lifter, you have to lift the camshaft nearly 45 degrees, with the timeing belt still on! Definately not recommended.
