Default New to Audi's, Need HELP!!!

Just got my first Audi, a 1990 Coupe Quattro and a parts car for $1000, and I lost my brakes the next day. Previous owner said it had happened once before, but the brakes returned without him doing anything but letting it sit. Could it be the brake booster/ master cylinder? Any help would be much appreciated, I've only driven the car once since I bought it and I already want more!

Default Define lost brakes? Pedal to the floor is not likely the booster, solid pedal might be

Default Check the obvious first - pedal to booster rod. Then have a buddy pump the pedal while

you crack a line at the MC to see if you have any fluid pressure, then off to the Pass rear wheel (farthest from the MC) and try again. I'm betting MC though. Anything else would leak mass quantities.
