Default New Driveshaft Support Bearing installed on CQ..

I used (my mechanic) the BMW one (fit nice without any modifications) and it looks "stronger" then the original one or the one from Blau (which was destroyed after few months of use). Not sure, if that was a case of product quality or bad installation.
My question is: How do I know or how can I verify that the new one is installed properly (align etc.)?
I just want to be sure that is installed the right way. Car seems to be running smooth, no vibration so far. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Default if it's not broken...

don't fix it. Just wait and see what happens. It could be that your whole driveshaft is out of balance and is destroying the bushings. It could be a 1000 other things. Sometimes a part must sacrifice it's life a few times for the greater good.

Good luck.

Default It's not broken yet... and I don't have the strange, squeaky noise anymore..

But I want to be sure... Anyone with the Bentley Book. There are any instructions which you have to follow...

Thanks,

Default Even pro wrenches have problems getting these right....

My wrench had to install another one because the first one's rubber donut shredded after 10 miles. The new one has a slight whine at 30mph but it appears to be installed correctly and to specs. As long as it is not banging or hitting the heat shield you will be find. have you taken it out to the highway yet and pushed it? That will bring out any problems quickly.
