New Motor Mounts?

On my '90 Coupe, the shifter and the whole car buck whenever I let off the accelerator abruptly. This happens in every gear at almost every speed.
However, I don't get a lot of vibration. Do I need new motor mounts?
Thanks in advance.

I had the car on ramps and the gearbox mount (1 bolt through bracket, 2 bolts in the trans case) is in two pieces. You can lift the back of the gearbox almost 1 inch by hand!
Needless to say the new on is on order and will be fitted on Sat.
I can post again if it holds the engine better?!
Cheers all

Likely not motor mounts (at least just by themselves).
There are seven mounts plus one other rubber "bushing" that all can contribute to that excess motion. There are two side mounts and one rear mount on the rear diff, two side mounts on the transmission, two side mounts on the engine, and the one rubber "bushing" (aka "snub mount") up front on the engine.
I'm replacing all of them, around $260 for all of them, plus labor if you can't do the work yourself.
