Got 2 sheets of 48" x48" urethane sheeting ordered that will become the noise cancelling insulating rings used between top/bottom of springs on upper/lower perches. That will produce 512 insulator rings. Same durometer as I've been using all along and after 2+ years on my car with some SERIOUS spring rates and track use still look good and work as well as the day they were installed.
Today I'll machine the inside/outside "kiss-cut" dies used for cutting these to their finished-size OD/ID. Once done I can simply put a Delrin block on my mill table clamped in the Kurt vise and "plunge-cut" them via the mill quill as fast as I can manipulate/feed 48" squares of urethane across the mill table.
Beats making them with scissors like when I only needed 8 to do my own F/R coilovers.
