My car currently does not get enough air flowing through the dashtop vent to defog the windshield. Only a little spot clears up right above the vent. Heater core is good, I know for sure. When I turn the **** to defog, it just blows out the foot area and the main vents on the dash. A while back, I got a bunch of little foam pieces flying out my vents when I'd turn the fan all the way up. I am assuming that there is a hole in one of the flaps in the hvac box. (I think it happened when I did my engine swap). How do I fix this? Thinking of just taking the dash out and repairing it by covering it with duct tape. Better way anyone?
