Default no heat

I just replaced my heater core but i still have no heat, it has automatic climate control, both hoses r hot at firewall, and the temp is now in C not F any thoughts.

There should be a secret key combination to switch to degrees F.

If the heater control doors aren't doing the right things, it can prevent you from getting heat.

when you did your heater core did you put tape on the doors to replace the foam that falls out and leaves large holes in your control doors?

yes i put the supplied foam around the core. I noticed that on the climate control when i start the car the display reads 74F then it goes to 7.4F the range of adjustment is 2.7-12.7F I think my control is shot what ur opinion?
