Well in following up a lead for a windshield I located one locally.

A friend had a beautiful Coupe, sold it, and the new owner totalled it.

I inquired if he wanted to sell it whole, but he wanted way too much.

I kept his number and spoke to him again tonight. The windshield is good, and he will sell it to me for...not much.

I have no idea what that means, but he said he'll call me tomorrow and let me know the price.

It also has a good rear bumper cover which I will need for the new Coupe. I also need a passenger seat in black, If I can't find one easily, this one has grey seats, so I might just buy them and switch the color.

I'm not holding my breath, I'll wait and see what he says tomorrow.

The interior as well as the rest of the car was in great shape.

I only saw one pic of the car post-accitdent. I don't know if there was any cause for water to seep in afterwards.

I'll give it a look and let you know.

it was a really nice Coupe. RS2 front bumper, new paint, coilovers, I forget which exahust, decent interior.

I was really sorry to see it smashed up.

He said he's going to post it on EBay, although he said that a few weeks ago, and I've been checking myself, but haven't seen it.
