ok......i did a search and didnt find really what i needed. I want to be able to run my fog lights

Default ok......i did a search and didnt find really what i needed. I want to be able to run my fog lights
with the parking lights or no lights at all(so they are like city lights, see 95qms's sig). One of my headlights burnt out today (during the day, its overcast), so it kind of inspired me to do this.....
