guess you and I are in the same boat... hitachi;-(
Oh well, we'll make it work. I'm counting on you to make the harness and post a diagram like you did with the 12v;-). I can get the part number for the 4-pin male plug if you decide to go that route.

The diagram/harness will be EXACTLY the same as for the 12v. :)
I have the plug already, I got it from the same junkyard car I got my MAF from.
Finding time to do any of this stuff is the problem I'm having.

This is one of the next things I'd like to do on my engine.....
Working on the cold air intake now, then I'd like to integrate what's being discussed here - the larger MAF & accordian tube change.

Can you "connect the dots" for me on this pic?
This is what I'm trying to do as far as wiring. The 4 pin plug of the MALE harness will plug into the stock female plug of the engine harness. This way it will be plug and play. from there wires go to the pot/3 wire harness plug which connects to the MAF. If you could connect the wires to where they go that would be great.
Thanks;-)

Re: Can you "connect the dots" for me on this pic?
Pins 1-3 hook up straight across. Pin 4 of the 4wire harness goes to the middle pin on the potentiometer. The other 2 pins on the pot go to 12 volt positive (you can steal this from pin 3), via a 1kohm resistor, and ground (stolen from pin 2).

Krinkle coat. It's the same stuff used on Ferrari's, Maserati's, & Lamborghini's.
I did the prep work on my stuff, but had a pro put the spray on. He's been giving me crap about referring customers to him, so, if you're interested....
