I saw your writeup on switching the door panels from the 93 to 94-95 style.
I am interested in that too because it's quite easy to mount speakers in the fronts like you have.
If you don't mind snapping some photos of the fronts when complete, I would love to see the finished product.

here are some "rudimetary" pics. Day of install, and nothing on the driver's side because it took a bit more attention for mine to fit. I've since wiped down all the panels & made them look 10x better, so hopefully tomorrow it won't be shyte weather and I can do some good picture-taking.

panels are a direct swap, although I did find that sometimes the holes for the little tiny screw at the very top inside & outside of the doorframe didn't line up.... go figure. otherwise tit-for-tat

those panels in Black Leather are a bitch to find, especially for a reasonable price and in relatively undamaged condition.
but good luck none-the-less. huuge improvement from the carry-over B3 panels, for those of us poor sods with 1st year B4's
