Howdy. I'm trying to remove the passenger side visor, but am unable to do so. I have no Bentley, so I have no clue where to start off. Logicaly I have tried to pull out the plastic around the hinge on the right side, but it didn't even move. Any halp please??

It should come off with a flathead screwdriver - very carefully. Unfortunately the plastic can be brittle and crack. The plastic portion snaps onto a metal portion. The metal portion comes off with 2 screws, and a 90° twist of the visor.

ok, so basically I have to retry what I tried before, stick I flathead screwdriver under that plastic cover and try to move it around until it pops, right?

You may be able to use a dental pik or other more precise instrument, but slowly and thoughtfully are the keys to keeping it intact. Sometimes they'll take abuse just fine, sometimes all the care in the world isn't enough. This plastic cover is however strictly cosmetic.

a forgotten tip.... If you go too deep with the screwdriver you'll be prying on the metal portion of the visor flange, and no it wont budge. the plastic cover is a "skirt" on top of the metal. the screwdriver only needs to go a mm or 2 deep to peel back the thin plastic layer.

Okay, I just went and did this on my parts car to see if I was overlooking anything. 1995 90q. pain in the ***, but took less than 1 minute.
The base flange attached to the roof is very hard plastic, not metal as I had said earlier. The outer plastic shell is barely a mm thick and pretty snug against the base, but a little flexible. initially you wont be able to do much prying action. with the srewdriver just barely under the edge of the shell, pull/tug away from the roof. you will see it flex and begin to understand how it is attached. once you can get the screwdriver between the shell and the base flange, then you can carefully do some prying from several directions.

Worked! But scratched the plastic skirt a bit. Once I got the way it works, easily removed it from the second car. Thanks guys! Is the head rest removed the same way? as in, the round plastics covering the area where they enter the seat to be removed? or some special technique
