Default Check for broken vacuum hoses from the central vacuum pump...

Retro fitting locking systems can be damn pricey. It's been discussed and the concensus was it wasn't worth it. -If memory serves, that was for heated power locking system though...

sounds like your front driver door lock carrier is broken. This is a common failure on these cars. There is a write up on 20v.org for the repairs I believe. Also research the forum on this, you will find the needed info. The rear driver you'll have to disassemble and figure out the problem, not sure why the lock would have dropped in but it's probably a plastic clip or retainer that broke.
The other rear door if the lock just doesn't move I'd say that is one to check the vacuum lines on. You'll have to figure out where the pump is on your car since they were in different places on different models, but once you do it should be reasonably easy to trace the lines and find if there is a break or disconnection.
If the problem is the door won't open from the inside, note the child safety lock near the door catch (It's a silver box with a switch) and make sure it's in the right position. otherwise if you just can't getthe door open this one will be a PITA to repair and you will need to have someone look at it in person?
