Been to all those pages. Although i did overlook the isv on the first and last one.(for they are the same) The second is where i got the notion that i had to pull the instrument cluster apart. I have the cruise control page printed. I was just wonderin if there might be some common culprit on these cars that could save me some trouble.

You will find a ton of stuff that will be useful on 20v.org pertaining to your power loss. There can be many culprits involved with your issue. Read everything you can on 20v.org and do somethings yourself to try and figure it out like cleaning the ISV, check VAC lines, make sure you have the right plugs in there, these engine are very tempermental when it comes to plugs as you will read on 20v.org. Maybe replace the fuel filter, check the injectors, yes the 034 kit is awsome, highly recommended. Get reading and start doing the simple stuff on your own and you will prolly solve your prob. Good luck!

Ok, so i pulled the codes today. i got 2142 and 2141. Wich are "First Knock Regulation; Sensor 1" and "Knock Sensor; Sensor One" So does that mean the sensor is bad or that that sensor is registering a knock?

There are two, intake side of the engine, between #1 and #2 and around #3 cylinder, about halfway up the block. You could have the through-bolt style (black head with a small bolt through it) or the brass body (brass hex body that you directly put a wrench on).
