Finally got around to wiring up the newer A4 steering. Everything works fine, airbag light doesn't come on after start up (Thank God) and horn works. Thanks Alex for the adapter, I always thought there had to be something out there.
Parts used
1. 98' A4 new style steering wheel and airbag
2. New style clock spring
3. wiring connection from new Audi/VW
4. small spindle to big spindle adapter.

I'll takes some pics monday at work.

But if need be I can redo the connections pretty easly.

I just heard about someone using high silver-content solder.

I guess we'll find out, I'll run it with butt's and see what happens.

im the one with the silver solder...thats what you should do, or if you can find it, GOLD plated terminals, and connecters...
