2nd. That sucks hot air off the radiator, not "cooled" air.

The radiator is a heat exchanger, exchanging it from the coolant to the air.

Its still much hotter then ambient

Trust me, you really don't want to suck air from behind the condensor. Just make your intake pull air from the front of the car. Some place up high so it can get clean ambient temperature air.
