proper offset for 17x7 wheels?

Default proper offset for 17x7 wheels?
I came acrossed some pretty good priced wheels. They are a bit skinny but for the price they might be worth picking up. What do you guys think? Would you run spacers? What is a good offset for these wheels?

stock offset with 7" wide wheel is ET37
