they are different, but im 99% sure they will fit both
they are for the B4, the cqs came with parabolic lenses behind a flat lense, so the exterior is the same. They will work in both cars, i'm pretty sure, and are much, much cheaper than new.
Plus i remember someone here complaining a little while ago about being on the search for a long time with no success.
