The ECU thinks there is no O2 or ISV then it goes into a preprogrammed control mode. It has a preset map and does not use those inputs for control.
Before ANYTHING else you need to be able to be free of those 2 problems.
If you are getting an ISV code it is not a function error, it is a hard error. It isn't a case where the ISV is dirty, it isn't working at all. There seems to be a lot of other B3 owner's in your area, borrow one to swap in.
The O2, get an OEM in there.
Don't worry about the CO pot till the other two are fixed.

I cleaned the MAF and was just listing it as what I have done before I got the codes. I dont have the manual yet so if you, or anyone else, can help with the CO adjustment I would appreciate it. Im not driving the car now, so if no one can help I can wait. Thanks again for the input and the new O2 is on its way.

I disconnected the battery last night because I am installing keyless entry. I drove the car about 11 miles lightly and this morning I checked the codes to see what I had. The only code I am pulling now is the O2 sensor. The other two have been cleared. The car still goes into limp mode when it gets warm and I have to turn the key off and then back on so I can get out of limp mode and make it up the hill to my house. I have parked it now, but that is frustrating. Im going to replace the MAF/POT, O2 and ISV and hopefully be done with it.
