I have a 93 90S. I know I need to replace my rear caliper boots (LOUD groaning at low-speed backup, identical to the bulletin on the Bentley) and I am wondering if this kit will do it. Also, how would I know if I need to do the fronts?

I don't know how much they cost at worldpac but they are $10 a set at bestforeignparts.com for that price just go ahead and do the boots on the front while you have everything apart.

As far as I know, Worldpac does not sell direct to consumers, rather they only deal with repair and parts shops. Their database is used by many online parts places (All OEM Audi parts.com, among others).
I currently work for a repair shop and have direct access to the WP database, they are a good company to deal with, usually have most parts in stock and I can have them the same day or the next AM. Of course - the general consumer does not have this advantage - you have to deal with the 3rd party and then I think WP will drop ship it for them.
To have direct access to WP you have to spend $1500 a month with them each month (or about that). With our older Audi's that might not be too hard. :-)
To answer the original posters question, I don't know if the caliper pin boot kit will fix your problem, but for $10 or so, it's cheap enough to go ahead and do it. BTW, when ever the shop I work for does brakes, we replace those parts anyway as part of the brake service...
