Question: How do I remove my rear door speakers? 1993 90quattro. thx

1. remove door panel
2. remove speaker cover
3.remove 3 screws securing speaker to door panel
the trickiest part is the door panel. there are 2 screws at the top on the outside and inside. then there are 2 screws under the plastic cover in the door pull securing the door panel to the door fram. after that the who thing pulls up. remove attaching cables and connectors, then have a ball.
did my speakers last sunday.

I never did get it off yet. I was stumped, came here, and now I've left it for now.
It wasn't really obvious that the door panel would slide up. You have to take off the window switch plug and door handle cables right?
I'll try again in a bit, maybe my next days off. Thanks, any other tricks or things to be careful of would be much appreciated.
