Question for thoes w/ aftermarket head units. I know this is not the audio forum but...

I just had a sony headunit installed and was wondering if they did it wrong. The stock unit dimmed when you turned the head lights on, this one does not. My dad has an a4 and an almost identical unit, it dims. Any ideas?

There should be a dim or not dim option on the head unit....turn it on...

The installer forgot to connect the night illumination wire??
