Default Radiator fan on all the time

I have an Audi 90, 1988, and the radiator fan stays on all the time (when the ignition is on). I pulled fuse 20, and it shut off. What would cause the fan to be on all the time?

Could it also be the A/C switch causing the problem?

Could it be the A/C switch not working correctly?

Default Definetly could be the A/C High pressure switch! ;o)

Disconnect it and see if the fan goes off! ;O)
