I have a 1994 Audi Cab, radiator fans are staying on full when car is not running, had to disconnect battery. Where do I find the Thermal switch? I do not have any manual at all.

Let me know what resolves your issue, I'm having the same one. I'm going to try replacing the relays and the sensor.

Hey doucy2 just to let you know I removed the lower knee bolster (under the steering wheel) there were just four screws. The relay panel diagram is on the back of the bolster. Some spots were open so I counted over the number of spots, not the number of relays, spot 17 had a relay with the #205 on it. I removed I and connected the battery and the fans did not turn on. I tapped the relay on the ground several times and replaced it. The fans stayed off. I turned on the A/C and the fans turned on, turned off the A/C and fans went off. Restarted car and all worked as it should for now. Keeping fingers crossed, rjjpff, good luck.

Awesome hope that is my issue, going to pull mine tomorrow. Do you know if that was a 40A or 60A relay?

205 relay is a 30amp..and I would use a 40amp relay as the common problem of the relay sticking..could be getting too hot..or just too old.

That worked! I actually tapped mine too after I took it out and all was good.
