is it that hard to install another type of radio in an Audi 80 wondering if it is the same as most cars

it's definitely not easy like on some other (i.e. japanese) cars. i just installed a sony cd player in my typ89 80, but i didn't take any pictures.

when i installed it, i was actually referring to my 90's intallation diagram cause a best buy tech installed it in my car (for free).
