...they are toast. They are a bonded one-piece assembly, which are not normally serviceable. They likely need replacement, not lubrication. Hence "elbow grease" required.
I suspect it is your upper inner control-arm bushings that you hear, as in comparison to the others, they have the greatest arc of travel, and therefore usually fail first.
Yes, you can put grease into one when the centre has torn free (see photos in link below), but the clearance developed in and since that tearing will already be such that this is not really a viable repair.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/9080/msgs/444794.phtml">what i did recently for a similar issue...</a></li></ul>
