My 1995 Audi 90 quattro has been making squeaking noises and I believe it is the right rear strut, I ordered a new pair of struts but I'm wondering if it is a DIY. Has anyone gotten them replaced? and hard/how much, was it.

also your upper A-arm bushings could be worn out, thats what was causing my to squick

I was told it was the strut, but it squeaks when it goes up or down even at the slightest amount, and do you know where to get the bushings?

Whether t'is nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous dealer prices or take aim at a sea of toubles, and by opposing, make them worse?

CR is probably on the right track. Have a look in that fender for a "strut". What exactly did you order? Do get thee a Bentley.
