Default Recharging the AC system...

My AC stopped blowing cold air so...Is it possible to recharge it on your own?? If not how much does it cost to get done? Thanks

Default Maybe....>>>

If the system still has the R-12, then no. At least not by you. R12 depleats the ozone and isn't made anymore. The only way you can get it is if you have a license and some $$$. Better just replace the leaks (most likely some o-rings) and switch it over to R-134a.

Default Re: Recharging the AC system on your 93 90

"Normally" requires a special machine!

Which connects only to the high pressure port, and does its business while the engine's not running! ;o)

Last time I had it done, cost me $100.
