Regarding constant orange Euro tail light..im a idiot...
Well I just left my North american (stock) bulb holders in there as they LOOKED the same as the Euro bulb holders..and thef fit right as well.
Put the Euros in there and...she-BAM..works fine..no constant orange light..just for turn signal.
sorry to waste everyones time who to helped me with this. It was a stupid assumption on my part and I can not believe I did not think of it way sooner.
