Default Repairing ripped inner CV boot

The inner CV boot of the passenger side underneath the manifold was ripped open. There was no clanking noise yet. Should I have the CV rebuilt or just replace the boot?

What is the torque on the spline bolts in reinstalling the CV joint back?

Yes, going to do it during the off hour in a garage. Seems to be managable with the info from the following link. Thanks for your tips.
