Replacing brake-pads on Audi 80

I read on the 20V.org that on the Audi 90 special discbrake tool is needed only for rear brakes to spin the e-brake cylinder back in place. Is the same true for the Audi 80? I only need to replace the front ones.

I may decide to replace all of them due to the car sitting for too long.
Is there a specific order I'll have to bleed the brake lines?
