So unfortunately I had to somehow mount my rs2 replica bumper before I left for college so I wouldn't have to do it in the winter. The process was ridiculously painful and took a lot of thought processes.
I originally made my own brackets (email me if you want the pics and plans for that)and planned to use the stock rebar, cut it down and mount it like that.
However, I found out that I did not have the means of measuring and fixating the brackets, plus the rebar and then the rs2 bumper skin so that it would mount properly. So, I decided to use the stock RS2 brackets available at world impex and modify them slightly.
I heated up the brackets, and bent the flaps outward.
After removing the rebar and their brackets, I mounted the rs2 brackets where the stock ones used to be.
I then drilled them to the side where the fog lights will go (since the holes will be covered up by the fog lights one I get them).
Unfortunately I have no more pictures of how it is mounted, and I was not able to find a way to mount the actual side of the bumper to the wheel wells. That is still a work in progress and any advice would be appreciated.

you can then mount it to the middle part of the skin with a industrial grade sealant and some 3M Automotive molding tape.
I HOWEVER, did not go the rebar route, I just simply mounted the skin to the brackets.
