I bought the original wiring loom from an RS2 so it's plug and play on my kit. An alternative is to use the wires in your Coupe and cut some of the needed connector ends off a 928/993 so it plugs into your RS2 mirrors 'schematics on s2forum'.

My mirrors have the proper RS2 bases so it does not angle down as much as the Porsche cars. You have to cut a little around the skin of the door to fit the insert section of the base... no way around this.

The paint shop did the work so sorry no before/during/after pics but I will have to take them off to wire them so I will snap them for you if you still need them.
