from vagparts. This links shows the porsche end of the loom you need to buy. Splice it into your existing door loom or buy some used from an 80/90 if you don't want to cut your original loom.

if you have a B4 with power mirrors and you get real RS2 mirrors
they bolt up and plug right in and all functions work. just FYI for anyone searching etc
