Well the car is stock..it was my moms car so it wasnt driven hard or anything..make me an offer

Are you still looking to sell? I'm not interested in buying, but I'll pay for a pre-purchase inspection or $100 cash if my mechanic can swap three parts out of your car to test in mine. I'm failing Washington DC NOx emissions and he's narrowed it down to either the Engine Management Computer, Ignition Control Unit, or the Distributor - but can't tell which one. I don't want to buy all the parts only to find out I only needed one. He would only need the car for a day. It would be awesome to get my car back (it's been in the shop since november!)
