Default Audi & a Mitsu! 2 very different cars, with very different gearbox setups! ;O)

Normally when you shorten the throws on the Audi shifter mechanism, it does require a slight more force to shift. Over time, you dont even notice it. ;O) The short shifter reduces throws by about 30%. About a 30% increase in force to shift can be expected. ;O)

You're right! I don't notice the stiff shifting anymore after a month. Not kits just cut!
