I believe the manual says NOT to let it warm up and to drive at low RPMs.
As long as you didn't really get on it, it should be fine.
I'm not sure why the manual says that, I usually let it sit for a minute or 2 and then drive away.

Where did you get it? All in one or bits and pieces from here and their?
For installation, Hokie_90 is the pioneer in this forum, and the better one to ask. I have on in my UrS4, but that is a different fitment. FWIW, I remember him saying it was a plug-and-play install.
