Default So, I get my tires rotated and balanced today..................

Driving down the road, front end starts to shake, start to slow down and stop and wheel falls off........tire shop did not tighten the bolts down and they just backed themselves off and were laying in the street......tire is gone, wheel is bent, not sure what the extent of the damage is to everything else........will keep you posted....not my year!

Default You know what it is... it's ironic too

most everybody has switched to just snugging the bolts a bit with the air wrench and then torquing properly with a torque wrench due to customer complaints about overtorqued bolts by just using the air wrench. Now that it's a two step process a lot of techs forget the second step...

Default Im really sorry to hear that, but they are usually good about fixing those kinda problems...

because they are liable and they dont want to have to get sue'd.
