I'd say just in front of the catalytic converter, but Quattros may be a little different.
Lots of cars just have the tube. Audi puts a little 'crimp' or flat spot in the tube when it's molded. So the tube is round, then the end is flat, if that makes sense. The flat part.... I dunno why that is....
Anyway, find the tube - best when the exhaust is cool or you'll get burnt no matter how careful you are. Shove a thin wire - no sharp end - up the soft tube. Sometimes, you pull out lint and crap. Sometimes, the flat end just doesn't want to open up when there's water upstream. What I've done in the past is to cut this off at an angle, so part of the flat is still there, but part is open. That usually solves it.
Just don't yank it off or you may have dripping on your passenger's feet!
Hey - btw - your car's lookin good! I liked the pics you posted. One of these days, mine will be suitable for photos too...

The most likely cause is condensation on your evaporator. Lasts for a couple of seconds, then clears up.
Happens most often in high humidity when you run your AC, turn in off for a spell, then run your ac again. water collects on the condensor, and is blown through the system.
