You'll need the B4 bumper shocks for starters. After that, I have no clue how much a B3 & a B4 bumper may differ.
You lookin' to get a Euro B3 bumper? I don't know about availability of the OE style Euro bumper in the U.S., but they're a dime-a-dozen overseas (which means shipping.) Main thing will be that you'll haveta ditch the metal bumper structure. The North American version doesn't accomodate for the blinkers. You can get the proper Euro brackets which will allow you to mount that bumper (in your orig post.) However god help you should you hit anything solid at speed... say "bye-bye" to the front of yer car 'cause the engine & A-frame will be doin' all the stoppin/impact absorbin'.
check yah later

That is actually an S2 bumper fitted to a euro 80 (I think the guy is from Greece or something?). Work had to be done in the wheel well area IIRC.
Any true european bumper has zero room for the US-DOT issue aluminum bumper bar and shocks.
Some of the glass knock-offs can be modified at a body shop to take the aluminum bumper bar and shocks. But then, you start getting rather expensive.
Reason for me running an S2 for the past 5 years or so, is future thinking. I knew at some point I'd need space for an FMIC. Plus, I was getting H4/H1 headlamps (but ended up getting H1/H1's for the same price due to an error on the vendors part). Didn't want to mess with the turn signal "fix". But, if you find pics of my car soon after the repaint and RS2 install, you'll see a DOT bumper, the S2 hadn't arrived yet. Hold up in shipping, then hold up in customs. Things have gotten better for bringing parts into the US in the past few years...
