Default something "rubbing" -- being felt in accelerator at 3400-3600rpm...just changed belts

i just replace ps,alt,a/c belts, and now in 2nd through 5th gear (probably happens in 1st, too, but less noticeable) i can feel a rubbing (about 1/2 second intervals) through the gas pedal, at 3400 - 3600 rpm. it is also noticeable in the exhaust note (my exhaust is pretty loud), it sounds uneven. could this be caused by my belts being too tight? i tried adjusting all three, but its still there. however, the ps belt is still too tight, i can hear it when i turn sharply. any ideas?? thanks.

Default maybe he forgot to check his blinker fluid...

but he did say it was his exhaust so it could be his muffler bearing...

Default The front and rear tires might have been reversed too.

And yes, Halogen fluid makes a big difference, along with replacing muffler bearings and Kanooter valves.

Default There actually is a quasi bearing in our exhaust systems...Quite the PITA to work with when

"replacing" the cat.

Default And here's a little tip to avoid speeding tickets...wax your car every day.

The radar beams will bounce right off it...it's the same technology that they use on the stealth bombers.
