OK, so my '95 90's switch is set to turn the interior lights on when I open any doors. The problem here is that SOMETIMES the lights come on. . . but most of the time they don't. It's NOT the pin switch on the door b/c NONE of the doors are responsive, and like I said, SOMETIMES it works.

Is this a known problem and how does one fix it?

Carefully take the switch apart and lube up the channels inside the switch.
