sounds like tire noise, but could be wheel bearing?

are you speaking 'release bearing' for the clutch?

I meant 'tranny bearing' as in drive-shaft bearing...

That makes sense..Do you think mine sounds like the release bearing? How big of a job is the clutch (and related bearings)on these babies

honestly, I'm not familiar with the internal workings (yet)

putting off buying a manual 'cause I'm cheap!
