do they check and/or adjust your camber and toe in/out when you get an alignment or would you have to ask for that seperately? I am not sure most shops even think of that, they just make sure the wheels are straight and not exactly how they are sitting unless its a specialized alignment shop.

Any place that does alignments should adjust caster, camber, and toe if it's out of spec.....that's what an alignment is. However, alot of vehicles do not have any provision for caster and/or camber adjustment, in which case they would just adjust the toe. I'm not sure what adjustments 80's and 90's have as I have not aligned mine yet. Normally, all that is needed is a toe adjustment, unless your springs are sagging, you have been in an accident, or you have replaced a part that affects caster/camber adjustment.
