thats a rather broad question....miles??, whats been replaced suspension wise?
if nothing has been done and you're going to go threw the trouble of taking the struts out, you might as well do everything..tie rods,struts,strut mounts,control arm bushings, ball joints..etc etc.

or somthing the thing that makes the wheels turn and the maybe their called a-arms i just know them as control arms for some reason

well there is no upper and lower control arms..there is left and right..
