Does anybody know if there is a manufacturer out there that has springs for a 93/90Q that don't lower the ride height??? Or at least not an inch and a half or more? Thanks

Perhaps not what you where expecting to hear but how about the OEM <i>sport</i> ones? Here's what I did to -not- lower my car. Besides Pro-Mounts and rally height Mount-Savers, I added 3/8" up front, 1/8" in back. I now have 'yellow' Bilstien's all round as well, so there are seven ways to <i>not</i> lower your car (and perhaps one <i>to</i> lower: sport springs may be shorter at one end of the car IIRC, but as they are a little stiffer as well, overall the height difference between these two sets of OEM springs may be a wash). I think one of the best things I've accomplished with these mods is not just that my <i>effective</i> ride-height underway is higher than OEM, or that raising the car's nose has the car more level now, but that it just feels more confidence inspiring to drive.
