Strange noise while cornering...

My '95 90q has been making a strange metal clicking/tapping sound while driving around curves, such as entrance and exit highway loop ramps, and this noise only occurs at speeds of about 40+ mph. It is dependant on speed and the degree of the curve, as in the tighter the curve, the more noticeable it is. It seems to be coming from the front end of the car.
Is this likely a bad CV joint or something else? Hoping to shed some light on this noise, as it's starting to bug me.
Thanks for any insight.
